More about Balch Springs!

We had a wonderful weekend! My husband and I kept commenting on our "Happy" we feel! It's not a surface happy but a deep contented happy. Andrew told me on the drive home Sunday night that he has never been this happy in his life! WOW when God does it right He does it right! We are meeting with a realtor tomorrow and hopong to get the process going! So if you know anyone who wants to buy a house let us know. lol Mom Elms sent me some pictures that she had taken of the inside of the church so I thought I would post them for all of you who probably won't be seeing the church for a while. I also have a few from our first Sunday, I hope you enjoy!

Well I really just want to cry seeing all these pics, but it is a joyful cry that wants to come out! We are so happy for the whole family, and for the people in Balch Springs that are being blessed with some of the most wonderful people my family has ever met. God is so AWESOME! It looks like Alayna already has many beautiful friends and that is a good thing. We love you all very much and I can't wait until testimonial service,lol...lol...lol... I told my husband abou this and he got a good kick out of it as well!

I am so happy for you and Andrew. Everything looks beautiful. Andrew looks real good behind that pulpit as pastor and you will be an incredible pastor's wife. :)

Congratulations, Pastor's Wife!!!!! I cried when I saw Alayna so happy with her new friends. She already looks like the great 'pastor's daughter'. Ashlynn will obviously be loved, too!

I can't wait to hear the church is growing!!

Thank you all! We are so proud of what God has blessed us with! The building is beautiful but what's inside is what is priceless! It's crazy how you can be so in love with people immediately! Some people may smile a little crooked and say we are just honeymooning but we plan to honeymoon til the Lord returns!!! I love each one of you and what you have each added to my life! Thank you for your well wishes!

Hi. I'm sure you don't know me, but I've been keeping up with your blog the long way around. I actually started with Vicki Simoneaux, then to her sister Tracie Smith, and now I've just realized that you are the same Mandy I was familiar with from home. I am Sabrina Welch Palmer and I am best friends with Justina Hutson Shipman from Deweyville. I was raised there all my life and I've known of you and your family since I was a small girl even when I didn't have the Holy Ghost until 17. Isn't it amazing how God will make our influence reach so far? Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself so you wouldn't feel weirded out by a stranger reading your blog and to say congrats on the pastoral position.

Thank you Sabrina! I am trying to put a face with the name. I hope you come back often I look forward to getting to know you better!
